CANCELLATION AND REFUND WITHOUT FEES

STAY skipass from 2 to 14 days 2024-2025:

-> purchased on the online sales site ski.legrandbornand.com, skipass not consumed*.

-> for any reason and without supporting documents.

-> you can make your refund request by e-mail, up to 15 days after the first day of validity of the ski pass.

 

STAY skipasss with the Early Booking offer and/or 10% Discount 2024-2025:

Ski passes lasting 6 days or more (unused) which have benefited from the Early Booking and/or 10% Discount offer are refunded for any request made before the date of the first day of skiing.

-> for any reason and without supporting documents.

-> you can make your refund request by email, before the 1st day of validity of the ski pass.

 

SEASON skipass 2024-2025:

-> purchased on the online sales site ski.legrandbornand.com, skipass not consumed*.

-> for any reason and without supporting documents.

-> you can make your refund request by email until April 30, 2025.

 

FLEX skipass from 2 to 14 days 2024-2025:

Non-consecutive day passes must be used up during the current season; beyond that, they cannot be used without their reimbursement or extension of validity.

 

→ Please send your request, by email, to the sales department, specifying the number of your internet order: vente@saemlegrandbo.fr, and return the skicard to the ski area office.

*Skipass not consumed = no use of ski lift terminals
