Welcome to the night descents on the Charmieux slope in Chinaillon, a unique experience on one of the longest lit slopes in Haute-Savoie. Enjoy this winter adventure every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., from January 2 to March 19, 2024 (except Tuesday February 13, postponed to Thursday February 15).

Night entertainment
At Grand-Bornand, night skiing rhymes with pleasure! This is why we offer you mulled wine and hot apple juice on the Charmieux snow front.
From February 6, also find our braziers and marshmallows to grill for the delight of small and large.• Special nights!
Tuesday February 20 – Savoyard evening
With traditional music group, regional wine/drink tasting workshop led by a chef sommelier. Finally, everyone on the slopes to enjoy a fondue at the top of the chairlift!
Tuesday March 5 – Astronomy night
Observation evening, discovery of the stars and the celestial vault. A planetarium workshop with slot reservation on site will be offered to you accompanied by professionals, as well as an observation of the Aravis sky using telescopes.• Night ski touring!
Ski touring – The Outalays, at night!
When leaving Chinaillon, bring a headlamp. Live the experience of night ski touring on a marked route. Entertainment will be provided by the ski school to bring this new “afterwork” concept to life in Grand-Bornand.
> Type of route: Loop – Marked route – 406 meters of elevation gain – Open from trail closing until 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
Important Information
- Departure from the Charmieux chairlift in Chinaillon.
- Open to all snowmobiles: ski, yooner, snowscoot, paret, veloski, snooc and fatbike.
- Free access with BO!plan SEASON, BO!planLIB, and 6-day and more packages.
- Children under 5 years old: free ticket at the ticket office upon presentation of proof of age.
- Possibility to purchase the package online or at the Charmieux ticket office before 6:30 p.m.
Terms
- The descent may be canceled depending on weather or snow conditions.
- Possible postponement to Thursday of the same week during school holidays.
- Last shuttle returns at 7:26 p.m. and 8:21 p.m. from Charmieux to Le Grand-Bornand Village (bus station).
The BO!neur XXL are a unique chance to extend the pleasure of skiing with an extended opening of the slopes every Saturday from January 20 to March 30, 2024 and every day during the winter holidays.
